Visited the credit union 3 times to resolve the lack of access to my app and still have not gotten it resolved. This is over a year now. Utter ridiculousness. Making payments but yet still getting letters. I honestly change my mind about setting up junior savers accounts for my children with this credit union.

I was having issues logging in, and then I realised the "0" infront my account number was automatically removed when I signed in on my laptop (login ID). When I removed the zero and typed the rest of the number, I was finally able to sign into the App! App seems user friendly and easy to navigate.

This app is a welcomed addition to BWUCCUL. It's now much easier to check my balances and with fingerprint sign in, I don't have to type in a password every time I sign in.
