About the App.

This App aims to:

1-Register and control services provided to third parties, in quantity and value.

2-The service in question can be hired to be provided in one or more sessions, as well as paid in one or more installments.

3-Allows you to schedule all sessions and control which are missing and how much to receive.

4-Controls all receipt and what remains to receive.

5-Issues a billing report by period.

6-Notify customers by email, WhatsApp and SMS, about the scheduled appointment. '

7-Maintains customer registration and control of all services.

8-Provides a service register with price list, per session.

9-Allows you to add the schedule made here on the App in your smartphone's Calendar, due to the integration provided.

10-Provides a control of documents, objects, culinary recipes, finally q.q. thing. Ex: Do you know where is that document that you kept two years ago? Well, write it down here and find it quickly. '



Brief instructions for good use. '

1-Update your registration. '

2-Register all your services, with the respective price.

3-You can register all your customers at once, or do so when inserting a new contract.

4-To schedule, register the customer and, after tapping on their name, you will be presented with the option for scheduling.

5-In the same option to register your customer there are other possibilities, such as changing it, consulting all contracts with him and inserting new contracts, making contract schedules etc.

6-To use the notifications by E-mail, WhatsApp and SMS it is mandatory to register the correct e-mail of your client as well as the DDD and Mobile number.

7-From the option All pending services, it is possible to check, from the pending ones, how much was contracted, received and receivable.

8-Also, from this same option above, you can see how many appointments were hired, have already been finalized and if any session is missing.

9-Still in the same option, tapping on the desired item once, it is possible to update / change the contract and tapping twice it is possible to redo the respective schedules.

10-Important, about the option Configure your personal E-mail: The App will send notifications by e-mail using the server of our platform. Your customer will receive the notification, but if you reply to the message it will not reach you. To solve this situation, just register your data in this option.

11-On the main screen of the App, if any, all schedules for the day will be displayed. To consult other days, just change the date at the top.

12-Note that at the bottom there is a tab that allows you to send notifications. Notifications will be sent to all existing appointments on the date informed in the first tab. If you want to advance notifications, just change the date as needed.

13- Allows importing Name, Phone and email from Google contacts, avoiding rework with typing.
