Building on Alacrity’s successful App for the contractor community, Alacrity is excited to launch Alacrity Connect, tailored to the independent adjustment community. With Alacrity Connect, experienced adjusters or new individuals exploring the industry for the first time, can register to learn more about this growing field. Registrants will have access to industry-leading training materials, including the ability to register for free online training and classes. Individuals will also have the opportunity to learn about becoming certified to adjust claims on behalf of 7 of the top 10 largest homeowners’ insurance companies in the country. These certifications will invaluable to both new adjusters looking to enter the industry, as well as existing adjusters looking to expand their career opportunities with adjusting firms throughout the country. In addition, any adjusters who currently handle claims on behalf of national insurance carriers through Alacrity will also have the ability to update their claims activity and paperwork directly through the App from their mobile device.

Horrible!!!!! I have not been able to use the app in months it is very important to my job that I can use this app and rely on it please get this issue fixed and maybe I'll redo the review and add more stars.

You can never log on. I can get in on my laptop, but on the phone app, it always says this version is out of date and to go to google Play Store. It is already loaded. Even after a reinstall, it is the same.

Work for a preferred vendor. Unable to pick "scope" as a note option. Have not been able to do this since day one, three years ago, and this is a main reason for having the app.
