Locked out since signed up months ago for no reason. In a constant loop with a robot when trying to seek assistance. When you do get through they are useless. Have asked 5 times to reset the password so I can use online banking they never do. Going to the bank is even worse. Worst bank ever for costumer support. I really don't understand why they disabled me to be able to log in. I can not pay some of my bills since all my information takes 4 woman trying to figure out a simple task.

App used to be good then they "updated" their system. Now it takes days for my purchases to reflect in my account, so it leaves me to do the math to know how much money I have. Account just doesn't update for days at a time with deposits either. I don't know what's going on with allegacy but I'm considering switching banks after all these years simply for the fact that I never really know how much money is my account.

It's a solid mobile banking app. The ai for check deposits always, always, always makes you review the images even if they are perfectly clear, all edges are visible, are payable to the account holder, meet the necessary date range, etc. Not much of an ai if I'm completely honest, but it's a relatively minor annoyance.
