I dont like the app the pending and posted transactions take so long to clear my balance is never balanced. Even from the same vendors I used before it always hit the account quickly. At least with the old app my pending would clear it's really had me wanting to change banks for now I will have to just take out cash intead of using my debit card. Also other banks you can see your payroll direct deposit coming in before it's posted to the acct. yeah I don't like it at all. I

Very useful to minimize in-person visits during the pandemic. Edit: The camera "capture" function used to deposit checks is frustrating because more than 50% of the time, it misreads the amount to be deposited on the check face, even when the photo looks perfectly clear to me. It is wasting my time having to retake the photo. Please fix this! That would make this a better rating!

The credit payment statement is super slow. You have to wait for more than a week to actually see everything you bought here unless you make a hard list of stuff you spent on. This is super slow making my credit score stagnant if not making it lower. Now, the app has been down for over two weeks now. This is making my credit score go lower. I will never use your card ever again. I over paid my usage but it keeps pulling down my score. Hell with this app. They don't even respond
