The app doesn't work to a degree but is very frustrating. When operating manual switch off, you have to do this number of times before this actually happens. Leaving the app open after you have adjusted something helps it recognise the operation. There seems to have been very little development of the app, which would make it a good option. Installation of the hardware is easy, but the app needs updating. You can see why Hive would be a better option.

Basic but it works, sort of. Overall the app works, sometimes it refuses to respond which needs sorting. The schedule could do with "off" as an option rather than setting the temp really low during the times I want it to be off. It also takes several attempts to save any changes I make to the schedule, times or temp setting. Overall it works, but if miles behind hive etc are offering.

Frustrating. Would have been better off if I'd kept the manual controls. The only thing that works is the thermostat. Remote, schedule and other features refuse to function. Just tried getting back in six times. This programme has failed again. I'm considering gaving the "old" timer unit put back in and returning the remote unit back. It never worked properly.
