easy to use, always works! has the info I need to quick action items like check a balance or make a transfer

App doesn't let you log in, at least not on my Samsung Galaxy S24. Every time it just says "Check your internet and try again". My Internet is fine. Always has been. I just use the desktop version of the site on my phone now. Can't even find any support or contact to tell them it's happening so Altruist consider this your support ticket. Your app sucks.

Terrible app. Sloppy programming all over the place. Only works in portrait mode, won't allow document downloads unless you "enable read/write permissions" (what sort of app won't let an identified user download a pdf?), won't open automatically from an email without trying to make you download the app again - and NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT of any kind. If my financial advisor can get me away from these bozos, I'll never touch this app again.
