It sucks! It works SOMETIMES. I've had to call the bank several times to get my card unlocked due to the app not working. Sooo annoying. Also, I want to add that I uninstall to reinstall the app just for it to say my phone wasn't compatible. I'm just now getting back on here after months because I got a new phone. Here it is 07/31/2025 I unlocked my card 15 min. before I used it and it still declined...TWICE! That's embarrassing!!! App STILL SUCK!!

The app does not work efficiently. I don't get my daily alerts as set up. But they all come it at one time maybe....and maybe means in not on time, and not daily. I may get 4 alerts for the same thing in on batch delivery. Now, after uninstalling and re installing it, it won't even open it.just constantly buffers for the last 48 hours???? Please fix this. Too many people depend on accurate reporting of their transactions for sloppy and poor service. Checkbook balance sheets are working better.

I have had similar experiences to those who reviewed previously. Activity hasn't updated for over 2 months. Doesn't ask me to log in and I cannot update my notification preferences. I have unregistered, uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Extremely annoying to keep getting phone calls with purchases (either online or app purchases). I notified the CU and she told me they haven't been told of the problem. Not a whole lot of confidence they will fix it
