Ratings and reviews

When it works it is very slow to start up as it insists on "downloading firmware" every time the app opens. Half the time it hangs at the download screen and the app has to be restarted. Today it took 10 minutes to get the app running. The app should only be looking for updates when triggered or on a schedule not at every start up.

Still getting the error "The application cannot be started because you don't have a valid firmware database. Please update the App." I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app 7x. There is no "update" option. I even have a new robot with updated firmware that I have confirmed workes with my husband's iPhone. I have an Android OS v16 which, based on everything I hear from the sales reps, should work better with this software than an iPhone. Why will this software no longer work on my phone?

App is a bit "italian" (=weird and somehow unintuitive) and this know-how of setting the moving time - with slider! You just surrender trying to hit exact time 18:00 between 17:48 and 18:09. Trying to update the firmware on every open(changes nothing). When trying to renew the dataplan, it redirets ro payment by card for something to someone you even dont know. I gave up trying to find any details and comparison for offered dataplans options. Not a word even on official site
