Ratings and reviews

When it works it is very slow to start up as it insists on "downloading firmware" every time the app opens. Half the time it hangs at the download screen and the app has to be restarted. Today it took 10 minutes to get the app running. The app should only be looking for updates when triggered or on a schedule not at every start up.

did the developer tried to use the app?! why do i need to download a full update of the firmware (at a painfull 200KBps!!!) every time the app open????

worse customer experience. Cloud connection works when it wants even GSM and gps signal is excellent. The robot is working, but the app shows that charging or opposite. Connection to robot takes ages. Worse part - renewed GSM connection - 28 euros spent for nothing (hoped that after all updates will be good).
