Anxo is an electronic surveillance and monitoring service, it was developed so that the customer feels safe with an innovative tool that is easy to use and understand, the service offered is as transparent as possible and the customer has access to the number of times and times that the surveyor was in front of your residence, business and/or defined points, providing peace of mind and confidence that the contracted service is being performed in an uninterrupted and satisfactory manner, without the need for whistles and sound signals as are commonly performed by services , similar to make yourself present. Our surveyors supported by motorcycles will be monitored by geolocation during the journey within the itinerary, ensuring full control of each surveyor's position throughout the entire shift. In the application there is an icon (panic button) so that the customer, after noticing an irregularity in their property or when approaching, notices the presence of someone unfamiliar with the environment or a dangerous situation, they can press this button and the application will send the alert signal to the central opening a communication channel between the customer and the center, via chat or voice, enabling greater speed and better understanding of the incident and due analysis by the center operator to trigger immediate dispatch of the nearest surveyor or the specialized support team that will be on standby in our central office or even the military police via 190 in more serious cases, which will significantly reduce communication errors and guarantee a shorter effective and efficient response time to the customer.
The customer will only need to have a cell phone with an IOS system and download the ANXO application, register their property using geolocation without the need for devices or equipment to complete the system, which could generate future costs or expenses in preventive maintenance and correctives.
