App is unusable. Being that I've been using AppRent N autopay with no problems, I would expect a seamless transition to the new version that would not flag as a malicious payment. Due to this, my bank account was locked (which I have resolved), resulting in a missed rent payment. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! This portal has an effect on people's livelihood and should have been vigorously tested before it rolled out.

I can log in on the desktop site which already barely works, but my same login on the app just says the credentials are incorrect, and when I go to reset them even though they're right, it has "no record" of my email. So.. how am I supposed to pay my rent, exactly? Edit: 2 months later and still nothing has been done. I have autopay turned on, and rent has not been taken out yet, but I can't check on anything because the app is still completely inaccessible!

I get the same problem, that if you try to pay on the app it just crashes but desktop work normally. Work orders however just awful. When you describe the problem on notes. It labels it to a basic problem when the work order is open. For example "water pressure to low = plumbing issue" . How would the maintenance person know whatbmy complaint was & when you go and fix it , it crashes (not surprise though)

Hey Miguel! Our development team is working hard to fix the app. Regarding work orders, the comments you make are included in the work order, even if the automatically assigned title of the work order is different. If you click on the "Edit" button in the desktop app, you will see your original comment under "Notes."
