The app is generally very good but has a few oddities. It can sometimes take a few attempts to enter the destination or pick up point correctly.

I had originally thought this service was invaluable as a disabled individual and parent to neurodivergent children. However the app doesn't work properly (ordered a taxi from Alloa train station... the taxi turned up at Alloa West End park... the other side of the town), they routinely turn up between 5 and 10 minutes EARLY for trips that are prebooked for a specific time, making me feel rushed to get out of the house. Abysmal customer service. Would not recommend. Great drivers though.

Dont know but every time I've tried to get a taxi through the app can never seem to get one so uninstalled the app I'll just stick to my usual taxi company in future 😔
