Ratings and reviews

I opened the app a couple weeks ago and it was an awesome app, much more educational than I expected. But now it won't load on my Samsung Galaxy S21. I have good Wi-Fi. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I've tried restarting my phone. The app opens, loads, and gets stuck on the white screen right before you can choose what you're going to do. I'd consider this 4 stars when it works, but any app I can't open defaults to 1 star.

App. when it works is fantastic. My child loves playing on it. Definitely a four ir five star app/game. However it has recently started loading up and then moving into a uninteractable white screen of nothingness, whilst the music plays cheerfully in the background. Tried reinstalling the app. No change. So one star, because it's currently unusable. Also when I switched phones I lost all of my previous toy additions and had to start from scratch despite having the same account info.

Not great for me because the scan won't work I tried for a couple of hours still not working so I tried to reinstall but still it didn't work a screen will pop saying error... so I'll rate 5 stars if the scan is working by the way I have 5G wifi
