Very disappointed!! Was tired of having to go online and login to the website to check my credit card account balance, etc...so I just downloaded the app figuring it would be easier. CanNOT login! Came here to check out the reviews from others to see if they have the same problem and found out the app is only for deposit banking customers. What a waste!! Website is ok, but you really should update it and update your app. I have apps for my other cards. Not this one!

I downloaded this app for my credit card and I cannot believe it is not an option! Their website is ancient and they need to update immediately. Terribly high interest rates and I was having trouble getting my payment to go through on the due date and finally got it to go through but it was an hour into the next day and I got charged 40 dollar late fee. I work night shift and they are not accomodating for those hours. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this credit card!

This could have been, should have been, would have been, a great app if someone had finished putting it together. You cannot log in at all which is strange because all banks have an app. This is completely useless which makes me wonder what kind of service this bank will be offering. I'm kind of sorry I got myself involved with APPLIED BANK now. SMH.
