This app used to be very good. On street parking was fairly straightforward and parking in the Victoria car park was effortless, just drive in and drive out. Now I can't find how to start a session when I am in an on street bay. Just now I thought I had started a session but when I returned to the car I could not find the session and have not been charged for it. I would not be happy if I had got a ticket. I am not a regular user and will make less use in future if it is not made more intuitive.

not great. after a while the app stops showing the active parking session and then does nothing when you tap the 'active session' button. if you close and then reopen the app it then can show the active session. it also seems a bit confused about how to select longer parking periods (e.g. jubilee car park in Harrogate) for a while it could only show max 24 hours but then somehow changed its mind and allowed longer periods

Tried as an alternative to pay and display because I usually had to pay for 1hr and then the overnight flat rate (usually stay for about 1hr15min) but ended up being more expensive, despite claiming to only pay for exact time you stay.
