It keeps saying the app is unable to connect and to get the updated version. I have the latest version. It also tells me to on-board my router. What's the use of having this app if you can't use it.

more often than not the app won't connect. "App cannot connect at this time please make sure it is up to date if need further assistance please contact the service provider"

Every time you get an update at logs you out and does not save your password or username. The whole reason why I use the app is for my password to my internet. I can no longer do that
