About this app

The Arise CARE app is a companion application within the Arise Child Care Management System suite of applications developed for the State of Alabama Department of Human Resources (DHR) Child Care Services Division (CCSD). Families use the Arise CARE Attendance app to record the attendance for children enrolled with providers who are participating in the child care subsidy program.

Horrible. Every time I open the application I have to make a new password. I made three in one day. I can't even log my child in at all. The arisecare app is sending me back to my initial application. I can't scan the barcode. Help support can't fix the problem nor can family guidance. This is insane!!

They need to start using the cards again. This app is down every three days. It logs you out in the middle of checking-in/out.

This app is horrible and a waste of time it's always down and logs you out in the midst of check in I didn't have one problem with the cards like I do with this app
