Ratings and reviews

I need to counter these negative reviews. The app worked great! Easy to use, informative, and a complete substitute for the rented audio device. I used it all day (6 + hours) in a full range of exhibits. No problems anywhere.. Maybe the headphones didn't work; I don't know -- didn't try those. But I don't think that putting a smart phone up to your ear is a huge problem. BTW, I also saw many other people using the app on their phones.

I renewed my membership and some personal details. Now Membership Card does not load. There is no way within the app to change/update credentials. Somehow, even after after reinstalling the app, it goes back to the old credentials and does not let me update them. I spent a lot of time on hold and talking to membership support staff but as nice as they were, they did not offer any solutions. I also send an email asking for support but never received a response.

We visited the Institute on Oct 27th. The app crashed continually. We even uninstalled and reinstalled it to see if it would help. It did not. All we could do was to shut it down and reopen it. This detracted from the gallery experience. Users are actually better off not following the app tours, but going to the pieces and loading in the code for the audio which is noted on all major pieces.
