The Artech Soluções Integradas application is aimed at condominiums that seek to optimize security, streamline visitor access, communication and internal processes.
The tool is integrated with the condominium's access control equipment, such as: digital and/or facial biometrics, license plate recognition and QRcode, among others.

You can receive several alerts and messages, such as:

- A new visitor has been registered to access your unit;

- Your remote's battery is low;

- A package has arrived for you;

- Messages from the manager, janitor and janitor.

You can also perform queries and registrations, such as:
