qr scanning feature worked for 4 items and then failed to update points. it's been a week and no change in points.

I really wanted to like this app, but it doesn't work. I scan products, or even manually add them, and even though I submit the points, my balance remains at 0

The scanner does not work at all. Makes it pointless to even have an app if the camera scanner can't read the QR code
