Well the app update on 1/28/25 screwed the work order system up again. You all just can't leave it alone. Once again the maintenance team cannot single out a school and look at the upcoming "APPROVED" work orders in Work Order Status. You screwed it up about 2 years ago, and it took months to get it corrected. When we want to look at Approved Work orders we don't want to see work orders in progress, completed. Awaiting parts etc. We want to see only APRROVED. Do not respond, I've had enough.

This app is complete garbage. Notification feature doesn't work past a couple hours and then you must log back in.....why??? No one is going to log in and complete work orders for me!! Get rid of the timeout feature or make it OPTIONAL. Filters are terrible compared to desktop also. The past week I am completely unable to even open the app. I have to drive back to my office each time I need to check my team's work or fill anything out. If o could give ZERO STARS, I absolutely would.

Update 4/28/23 - App now allows me to get into the system after uninstalling and reinstalling. It is still very slow and freezes constantly, but it is at least working. Worked okay for a week or two, now refuses to open at all. It will load for a long time (asking multiple times to close the app for being nonresponsive) before saying connection failed.
