Update- cannot update firmware. Barely works with games anynore. The controller is 4 stars, when it works with games. Its so picky about what it plays and what it wont. Then a dollar store Bluetooth mini controller I bought, connects with literally everything. So first and last time with Turtle Beach. Just stick to the OGs Logitech , razer, etc. Stop giving this discount gamestop brand money. There is literally always a better cheaper option than TB

I see a lot of potential, not many Xbox games on game pass for device. I thought cloud gaming would be awesome on it. Know you gotta turn on both sides unless you know to look at the firmware update. One side is on a more current version than the other. Trying to use it for this "Devil May Cry" mobile game that recently came out haven't been able to. Would be cool if it had storage since I can't even have my favorite mobile game any longer because I don't have enough space, "Reverse 1999".

This app would not connect to the controller no matter what I did. I followed all the directions to a tee on the official website and nothing. The app acted like there was never a controller connected even though there was. No data displayed, no options tweakable. I could sometimes controll the menu with the Atom but it still wouldn't recognize it or show me any signs of connection. I would really love to update my controller firmware, so hopefully TB will come out with a solution for this!
