The Audi Canada Salesforce Mobile App allows Audi Dealer Employees to easily access Salesforce on your mobile devices (Smartphone or Tablet) as part of their daily routine. This exclusive platform is only accessible to Audi dealer employees in Canada. After you have downloaded the app you can log in with your AccessAudi account and experience Salesforce like you would on your desktop.
Overview of Functions and Benefits:
Access to Lead Management: Full transparency on lead management from lead capture (different lead sources) to lead closure by providing the ability to respond to leads based on customer’s preferred method of communication (text, email, phone) and supports collaboration between dealer employees (Adding comments, creation of tasks).
Access to Case Management: Collaborative Handling of Customer Cases – Real-time access to customer cases, increased transparency, efficient case handling time, enhanced reporting and performance metrics.
Performance Management: Access to dashboards, scorecards and reports in real-time leveraging Tableau CRM.
