App is absolute trash. Basic functionality was great for the 10mins it worked, but when I deleted a room to try and reconfigure it I lost all control of my light fixtures with the physical remote, and the app no longer sees any of them. This persists after resetting both the app and the remote. The UI is not at all user-friendly when it comes to problem solving. I work in tech, consider myself to be fairly savvy, and I couldn't understand it - so the average domestic user will struggle. 0/5

I have two aurora lights in one room. The app keeps logging in and about 99% of the time it doesn't find the lights, while they are clearly there if I check my Bluetooth list. On my friends iPhone the lights can always be found. On my android ones! That one time I had it, the physical remote stopped working (also on iPhone). Seeing as the remote is typically more useful than the app I removed the lights from the app so remote is restored. Since then, both remote and app light detection is dead.

I don't know if this is the app's fault or the lamps, but the app keeps resetting my account and groups of lamps I had saved. It also profoundly refused to connect more than 10 lamps, and when I tried connecting more, it just said the lamps are added but showed no sign of them in the unassigned lamps. I stood 30 minutes in the cold outside just to come back inside with less than 10 lamps connected, whilst 20 of them are literally in front of me with no obstruction.
