About this app

The Expenditure Atlas is a scientific study that aims to examine the consumer behavior of people in Germany. The study is carried out by the University of Mannheim.
With the Expenditure Atlas we want to find out how much money citizens have available to live on and what their monthly expenses are. We will ask you questions about your income, expenses and living conditions.
Why should you participate?
• Contribution to science: Help us gain valuable insights into consumer behavior in Germany.
• Anonymous and secure: Your data will be securely transmitted to the University of Mannheim and processed anonymously. It is not possible to draw conclusions about you personally.
• Easy participation: All you need to participate is the ID and the initial password that you received from us in advance by post, as well as a smartphone or tablet.
