Ratings and reviews

Most of the time the bus just keeps driving and doesn't even acknowledge that you want to get on the bus. I think the buses need to stop at every stop because some of us rely on the bus to get to work. Also some of the drivers are racist. They target people they don't like and kick them off just because they don't like them. I've left several complaints about this none have even been responded too.
