Why the f can't I place my units into the board? Everything else work but that. How can I properly play this game if I can't interact with my chess pieces?

unplayable after the patch always DC even if you have a Strong Internet connection .

Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience. Too many Apps running in the background will occupy network resources. You are recommended to close other Apps in the background when playing the game. You can also try a game booster or VPN and connect to other regions to see if it can reduce game latency. We will also keep optimizing server connections.

auto spent my donuts for 5 days left battle pass during system maintenance. Customer service only responded that in game actions are irreversible.
