The needs improvements for example the option to call and send messages via the app using customers sim, or at least allow people to have the option to click and call that way we don't have to read the number and then go back to dial plus I think it should have the option to open the navigation apps like Waze, the other thing is the option to add a multiple drop off and pick ups currently people are using it like a personal bus, please take all the feedbacks in to consideration. Thank you

Terrible app, it just randomly logs you out 2 or 3 times a shift. Right in the middle of a job it will log you out for no reason, and when you log back in whatever you had clocked up on your meter is lost. So if your £20 in to an airport job for example that £20 is gone. Then you have to start trying to explain to customers "the meters shut down, but that'll be so much" Very frustrating !!!

Hi using this app was great until I went onto the Samsung note10 with it, I get no sounds at all while using the app regardless if in car or no where near the car. If I'm on the phone taking a call in the car through the speakers, then I do actually hear sounds, but this I the only time. I've changed setting after settings and get no joy, so when I get a job alert for accepting jobs I don't hear anything have missed a few jobs because of it.. apart from that app is great and so easy to use...
