I have no problem with the app. I have a problem the banking system. its the worse bank. you can't get customer service on time. you have to watch the time to call has soon they open in the morning or you have to wait 20/30 min before you get through. you can't get them 30 mins before closing time. if you have a problem with your account after hours or on the weekend, you don't have no one to talk to because they are close. when you paid a bill or do any transactions from your account it says pending 2-3 days. Am tired of the foolishness. can't wait to change them.

cant deposit checks tried reinstalling. tried 4 different phones. tried wifi and mobile. no one at customer service knows anything. they tell u to contact tech. tech tells u to call customer service. .2 weeks now and I live 4 states away currently so Mobile deposit is the only Avenue that I have to deposit checks. they told me I can mail the check to corporate and they can deposit it that way period which sounds to me like it's going to be a week or more if the check even gets there

There is no more fingerprint log-in or quick inquiry, which was probably one of the best features about the last app. It also takes longer to load the login screen than the last app. They do have auto login and pin login which is a plus. After playing around with the inner workings of the app for a bit, I realized the app isn't that bad, but I do miss the more smooth layout and design of the other app and the fingerprint login the most.
