User object:
Flood management staff in the field of Ho Chi Minh City (requires a login account)

Function:
The application has flood reporting function with different methods: by point (manually and automatically from GPS), segment (manually and automatically from GPS), and regular flood section. The application also allows full input of flood parameters from the field (inundation position, depth, length, inundation width, inundation time, ...)
The application also has the function of viewing flood information reported by other users.

FEDS Platform:
The HCMC Flood Reporting Application is a component of the Ho Chi Minh City Decision Support and Online Flood Reporting Platform (FEDS), within the framework of the World Bank's Technical Assistance Program ( World Bank) and the Swiss Ministry of Economic Development (SECO) on the Application of Breakthrough Technology in Public Asset Management.
