1990년 개국한 BBS불교방송은 비영리 재단법인으로,
정부가 허가한 우리나라 유일의 불교계 공중파 및 지상파 방송사입니다.
서울 마포 본사를 비롯해 부산, 대구, 광주, 청주, 춘천, 제주 등
전국 주요 도시에 지방사를 두며 광범위한 네트워크망을 구축한
중앙언론사입니다. 2008년 12월부터 TV 방송 송출을 시작했습니다.

This application, ‘BBS불교방송’ is consist of FM RADIO, BBS TV, BBS NEWS, BBS 만공회(supporters association of BBS).

BBS, Buddhist Broadcasting System, is a religious, nonprofit, broadcasting organization.
BBS is consisted of a nation-wide network, including the head office in Seoul and 6 local broadcasting stations in Busan, Daegu, Gwangju, Cheongju, Chuncheon, and Jeju. Its radio station was created on May 1, 1990, and the TV Station on December 2, in 2008.

This application, 'BBS불교방송‘ is consist of FM RADIO, BBS TV, BBS NEWS, BBS 만공회(supporters association of BBS).
You can watch and listen programs essetial for Buddhists such as sutra study, monks' sermons, dramas of a venerable monks,
Buddhist culture and history, meditation, enlightenment, temple pilgrimage, and Buddhist news, etc.
