My only complaint is the optional alerts. I have two account holders in my household. We both had alerts set, and then they stopped due to no changes we made. We have both tried to re-enable these without success. We are currently working with IT on this, but the point is that it worked and some changes you made stopped that.

This app is good, but here's how it could be great: allowing the user to see images of checks in the mobile app, showing the user the interest rate for each account, and showing the account balance for each transaction (so the user doesn't have to question whether the balance is before or after a pending or posted balance). Also, further testing on android when the app is installed in the secure knox area so that it closes properly instead of staying open and leaving a notification up.

Like the new update that allows card buying to pop up on phone when a purchase is made- That is great. Also being able to set area that card can be used to avoid out of area purchasing- Gives a warm fuzzy feeling knowing where my money is going.
