Under this there is provision of receiving feed back of the participants in every course conducted at BPSPA including in- service and sponsored courses.
BPSPA also responds by taking action towards making the course more participant oriented.
Besides BPSPA also provides study materials relating to the course content to the participants in form of CD and also through said App.
