Bu Colombia will collect the Driver's location information when BU CONDUCTOR runs in the foreground (application open and on screen) or in the background (application open, but not on screen) on the Driver's device. Bu Colombia will obtain the Driver's location through the IP address, GPS, and other sensors that provide relevant information (such as providing information to Bu Colombia about nearby devices, Wi-Fi access points and base station information) to provide the Services in a better way.
- Trip
Bu Colombia will collect the information on the place of departure and destination, the location, duration and mileage of the Driver. Bu Colombia for safety and quality purposes may video record the driver's trip. Bu Colombia collects the aforementioned information in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, taking into consideration the protection of personal safety and property of the Driver, as well as the request to deal with the Driver's disputes in accordance with the rules of BU DRIVER.
- Call information
Bu Colombia may record and collect the content of the calls and messages that the Driver makes or sends through BU CONDUCTOR, and will process the following information: the duration of the calls and the mobile phone number of the communicating parties. Bu Colombia keeps this information through the recording of calls, in order to verify the facts and attend to complaints in case of controversies, accidents or safety incidents of the Driver.
