Actually two things to review here... The App This one is pretty simple. It's a little slow to open, but once it's running, it responds pretty quickly to whatever you're doing. And you can do quite a bit. The app supports all of the features of the BaBlahBlah service website, except for the games. And it all simply works. Photos are loaded as you scroll through your feed, so sometimes you might have to wait for one to appear depending on your Internet connection. The app will especially feel familiar to long-time users of Facebook, as it closely emulates how that app worked back in the days before they messed it up. It's refreshing. The Service BaBlahBlah is one more in the long line of new/alternative social media platforms. And frankly, the time has come for these platforms. Many of the ones I have found are busy pounding their virtual chest about how they don't censor, they don't promote agendas, they don't harvest and sell data, etc. So far as I can tell, neither does BaBlahBlah. But they don't have a need to blast that message to you at every opportunity. It's an open community where you can speak freely. Their main rule seems to be "Don't be a jerk." I can appreciate that. For now, the population is small. But growth is happening. The number of groups on the service is small, and you cannot create a group yourself. The administrators will create one if asked. At this time, there are only two pages established. I created one of them, and the other appears to be a test page belonging to the developer. More will come as people get bolder, I'm sure. BTW, the developers/owners of the service and app are right in the forefront on this service. Ask them anything, and they'll answer. You won't find that on the big platforms.
