I've been using it for some years now. It was good at first, but it got so bad with time. The menus are not updated. The opening hours are not correct. I just had 3 of my last orders canceled because apparently the restaurants were closing. It's so dumb to have an app in 2024 where you get your orders canceled one by one just because they can't put a simple condition to not let people order when the restaurants are closing.

the app takes forever to track and update. also you never know if the driver has multiple orders so it's says they are picking up the order but what you see in the tracker is your drivers icon all over the place. it's better to order from the restaurant directly. or use wolt...

One of the worst services I've ever used. Food comes cold on 9/10 orders, the order shows up as delivered when it actually hasn't arrived at all, orders are delayed by like 1.5 hours inside Tirana (by that time you've already lost your appetite). The delivery costs are crazy and don't make sense, all orders are delivered by motorbikes so in theory they use very little gas and travel very short distances. All in all, I would recommend cooking yourself or eating at a physical place instead.
