Main features of the Bahiagás Virtual application:
• Recover the password through the registered email
• Access to all contracts linked to the same CPF / CNPJ, with a single login
• Possibility to download the Membership Agreement and Debt Settlement Statement (if there are no debts related to previous years)
• View and download the duplicate of the last 12 invoices, paid and open
• Ability to view and copy the invoice barcode to the device;
• The customer can use the Contact feature to send messages, with and without attachments (images and PDF), to Bahiagás;
• In the Contact functionality, other service channels are also presented, such as: SAC, Emergency, Ombudsman, Online Chat and Face-to-face service - when clicking on the icon, the application makes the call to the linked number;
• In the Registration Data functionality, the customer can change the e-mail linked to the contract, ddd and telephone number, if he wishes to receive only the digital invoice, the due date and password (the same as the Online Customer);
