I was advised of a low balance via email. I paid it. A few minutes later I received another notification that my acct was disabled due to a negative balance, which now shows - $40!! Before the company switch, the balances were updated timely. Now I'm paranoid that my acct isn't actually in good standing since the notifications are made sooo late. I disabled auto reload of payments because I would get notices that auto reload was made like three times in a row. very disappointing.

Posting Tolls takes too long. It has been two weeks and my tolls still havent posted so i have no idea how much is on my card. I get that you're trying to work with the toll companies for records, but honestly its not worth the $40 to buy the tag and reload the card if i cant check how much money ive spent on tolls. It's the whole reason I got the app/toll card in the first place. I'd like this a lot more if the posting time was shorter. Everything else about it is a cool. Two stars for now.

Chris, thank you for your comments. Unfortunately we don't control the posting time. We post within a seconds of receiving the transaction from the agency. Some of our agencies send transactions within minutes. Others agencies take weeks. Hopefully in future our partners will be able to reduce the time it takes to get us transactions.

Update: So after all the app was not the problem. One of the owners of the company, Glenn reached out to me and explained what was going on. I appreciate that he took the time to email me. ππ½π I changed my rating to a 5 from a 2. -------------β---------------------- App was great at first. It use to notify me right away when I pass a toll. Now it tells me like 2 or 3 days later. And then it gets disabled because it does not update quick enough.
