The app is ALWAYS saying its unable to validate my information. It's great when it works but most of the time I only use it to check my balance because it won't let me log in even with the correct information. Update: Still nothing but issues. Half the time the app won't even open and just says error, call bank for assistance. Needs a lot of work. Mobile deposit is nice when it works.

Really bad app it used to work fine but now if you get the password wrong once it automatically locks the account it doesn't even ask the security questions you put into it like whats the point in inputting them into the system when you can't use them . Ran into this problem one to many times . I honestly can't wait to switch banks with better bank app as well. Being in the military and having a unreliable bank/app is not good at all. Especially when you run into the problem on the weekends.

So many password problems it's not funny. Ive been unable to view my account for about a month, update my password, and the app doesn't allow the new password. Ive overdrawn my account BECAUSE the app is so bad. Can't see balances, can't move money from different accounts. I'm very close to moving my account to a bank with a working app.
