Recent update has problem in logging in. it just shuts down and when restarts, dialogue box pops up stating 'End session and log in again'. it comes repeatedly. We can't open the app only, difficulty transferring the money. Please solve it at the earliest.

Very disorganized and the disclaimeris very unethical. The fact they charge Nu. 10 is atrocious. They are easing their banking by making it computerized. Instead of all lining up in counters in person. It is more of a convenience and its a service that should be free. The ATMs most of the time don't work and it never does auto reverses when money doesn't come through. You have to fill an application and it takes weeks and on one occasion more than a month.

I wouldn't like to rate at all but there is no option. well I had minor complaints and it happened twice. They never came up with the solutions. Disappointed
