BARUGA or the acronym for Soppeng Integrated and Integrated Education Services Home is a public service application that can make it easier for teachers and education personnel to get services related to education and culture. BARUGA SOPPENG consists of 6 (six) main features and 5 (five) supporting features.
The main features are,
1. Education Distribution, Features for providing information about the distribution of Education Units, distribution of Teachers and Education Personnel (GTK), distribution of Students, and distribution of Infrastructure and Infrastructure within the scope of the Education and Culture Service;
2. Tracking, file monitoring and tracking features;
3. Info, a feature for delivering the latest information to users that is easy to access immediately;
4. Directory, a feature that contains a collection of digital files that are often needed by teachers and education personnel, both official documents and other documents;
5. Digital Library, this feature contains a collection of books, modules and dictionaries in digital form and is equipped with practical videos for both teachers and Morottal Al Qur'an 30 Juz which suit the needs of students, teachers and parents;
6. Location, information feature on the location of the Education and Culture Office and all schools in Soppeng Regency which is integrated with Google Maps.

Additional Features namely,
1. Pension Check, a feature that contains information on Pension data for Teachers and Education Personnel (GTK) within Soppeng Regency;
2. DKGTK-S, feature for filling in data on the condition of teachers and education personnel and students every month for elementary and middle school levels;
3. Office Info, information features on room location, floor position and contact person for each Education and Culture Service room.
4. Syncing, a feature that is integrated into applications that are often needed by teachers and education personnel;
5. KGB Proposal, file collection feature for Proposed Periodic Salary Increases for GTK.
