I am having continous problems on the web skipping or canceling subscriptions. I was told my past two boxes in a row were skipped (I even saved the screenshots), yet I was charged and they shipped anyway. I tried to cancel my entire subscription today on the browser and got an error message. I finally downloaded the app and was able to cancel. Seems like the app is a must for managing subscriptions.

Love the boxes so far on pro+. This review is on the app itself though... it's a little broken and if anyone is having the same issue I'm having then battlbox your loosing money. I personally don't care to shop on the web so I would use the app but it's broken. I can't add anything to my cart! I was able to set up my subscription but that's it. When I push add to cart a broken option screen pops up and can't do anything but go back. Nothing added...fix the app please. S21 ultra phone Shawn.

I tried to sign in on the website and that was a waste of time so i installed the app and it wouldn't work. I literally just want to cancel my subscription because I was severely underwhelmed at the advanced box I got, I didn't even get the little window decal that was supposed to come with it! Never buying again and I'll steer as many people away from this money pit as I can.
