This app works flawlessly for me. I recently upgraded from a Galaxy Note Edge (basically a Note 4) running lollipop to a Galaxy Note 9 running Pie. On both phones, the application worked without any incidents. The hardest thing was resetting the password. I had to call my alarm company to do that. If I had to gripe about something, maybe how the text alert is nested under email. I had to think a little to set up phone alerts the way I expected. Otherwise easy to use with effective interface.

This app was great before the update. Now I hate it. The information lines on "activity" take up too much space. Why did they change "events" to "activity" anyway? The time bar on the videos won't go down unless you push it down so you can't see the bottom fourth of the picture. This update must have been made by overpaid software engineers who don't use it and needed to justify their salaries.

I have only been a customer of Bay Alarm for a few months, but I am very pleased with it. Customer support has been very helpful and responsive and I LOVE the ease and flexibility of the app to control the control pad. I rarely use the control pad as the app is so comprehensive. It has been terrific so far.
