Since I made a purchase, my app is hardly working. When I open the app, it does not go past the app logo or login screen. Even when it successfully opens for once, it is too slow. Then I reload the app and again it gets stuck on the app logo or login screen.

I am a customer at Gold status, just on the verge of reaching Platinum and the service is excellent. However, I've decided to stop purchasing from this site due to my extreme sensitivity to synthetic fibers like polyester and acrylic. This issue has occurred twice now, where I purchased a cardigan thinking it was made of viscose and cotton, but upon receiving it, I discovered it contained polyester.
