Haven't used the app yet (tho looks pretty easy to use) but relied on BidNapper for my first ever automatic snipe for a once in a lifetime item (a clapperboard from one of my favourite TV shows, signed by the entire cast, as well as some other signed things in a bundle) and I won well under my max budget. Of course it helps it was stable until the last few mins and not a huge bidding war, but no way would I have been able to snipe like this without BidNapper so thanks so much 🥰🤩

App doesn't even load on a samsung s24 at all. Bit rubbish really particularly as you are paying for it. can only snipe by logging in on a webrowser. not very good as I have used it for years........come on we are paying for it you need to fix it, so really poor customer service.

this app hasn't been updated in ages despite changes in online auctions. It's slow, and I find it very temperamental, doesnt work wellat all.. stick to the web.
