The poor app has made up my mind to use a different ecommerce system. Things you need to do to improve your app. Add the abilitie to edit your products and store, we cant always be at a computer. Also add a pos system, this will save so much time. All of the above are available and other leading ecommerce system at the same price. Its a big let down. I may try again next year, but until you sort this i will not be joining you.

They found a hack to the fingerprint issue by using passkey functionality in a weird way. Anyway, it works now, albeit slow and clunky. Raised from 1 to 3 stars. Just offer the choice of no security. It's really pointless in a lot of people's stores. And every app except banking gives you the choice. Even square doesn't make you have a pin or fingerprint unless you choose it.

So far my switch from Shopify to BC has been great. Support is A1.... The app though... Well, it notifies you when you get orders, and they're pretty straight forward...Other than that, the app is pretty basic. I have to log in EVERY time, theres little to no data reporting and you can't find products using search in the app. It wont show all the products, at least not if you have a lot of products. Makes it impossible to make changes on the fly.
