1)Despite having good network speed (5G), the video(lectures) doesn't play. There's no issue with any other app... it's just irritating. 2)There is no option to download the video. Feels like buying the batch was a mistake . [Note: I am using the latest version of this app] Hopefully, you all will solve this problem soon.

This app is fraudulent. I've purchased two courses of 2040/- on 14 June and then I came to know that this app has been hacked. Now I'm trying to contact the Bioguru team but there's no toll free number or any email id on which I can contact them. Please don't fall for this app and report as much as you can.

it is the worst app i ever seen i purchased the course and the lectures of my course is not showing and I have been trying to contact the team about the issue but no one is replying and also there is not any another options to show the issue so I wrote this. please fix my problem as soon as possible.And fix the problems in the app
