1)Despite having good network speed (5G), the video(lectures) doesn't play. There's no issue with any other app... it's just irritating. 2)There is no option to download the video. Feels like buying the batch was a mistake . [Note: I am using the latest version of this app] Hopefully, you all will solve this problem soon.

Such a bad condition app nothing is working properly . recently i purchased a batch in bio guru app but still I am not getting any batch nothing is showing

I have purchased a batch ..... but there is no content and there is no contact or email for the complaint..... I have lost the money...... for the faculty i have paid but Overall it's a fraud for me ...
