Bought just about every expansion there was, had to get a new phone, impossible to restore purchases. So basically, got my money stolen. Of course, I do have the option to buy everything all over again. Reaching out to support was absolutely useless. I had screenshots and everything. I've created at least three support tickets so far. Don't buy any of the premium content if there's even a remote possibility that you will ever switch devices. They will keep your money.

I've been on bitlife for a long time. I have spent a considerable amount in bitlife as well for premium features. such as, no ads. Please tell me why you added the ad function to "Spend Time With All"? This is not a good move and would get me to stop supporting bitlife should you put more ads and continue ads on basic interactions through the app. I'd reconsider this move. I also noticed items are more expensive in the premium shop; some by a dollar, some by 3-4.

Hey, so I've been a player for about 2 or 3 years now. I've been playing a LOT and have absolutely LOVED this game! but a new problem I've come across is that I can't do things that I usually can with my god mode or bitizenship. Like, I'll try to edit characters or choose a special talent, choose to shop at a pet store or something like that, but it brings me to a store in bitlife to buy it! I can't do stuff with the things I bought anymore! Please fix this or I'll probably just not play anymore
